Returns & Exchanges

We want you to look as good as your ride; if your Chemical Guys apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the garment for quality, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
